RefundRadar automatically finds and claims Temu price-adjustment refunds on your behalf. Here's a plain-English summary of how we handle your data.

This policy applies to the RefundRadar iOS app and Android app. We collect the same categories of data on every surface. Your Temu login session is kept in encrypted storage on your device. The price checks and claims run on your device, directly with Temu; we process and store a copy of your order and refund information securely on our servers to show you your savings history and to run and improve the service.

1. What we collect

• Your Temu login session — used on your device so the app can check your orders. We never see your password, and your login session stays on your device.
• Order & refund information — order and item details, prices, and refund amounts. The price checks and claims themselves run on your device, directly with Temu; we process a copy on our servers to show you your savings history and for analytics that help us run and improve the service.
• An account & device identifier — a hashed identifier for your Temu account, plus an app-generated ID for your device, used only to link your device to your account. We store the account identifier in hashed form and don't keep the original.
• Usage events — for example when a scan runs or a refund is claimed, linked to your account, so we can run and improve the service.
• Crash & performance diagnostics (apps only) — if the app crashes or runs slowly, the platform (Google Play Android Vitals on Android, Apple on iOS) collects anonymous crash and performance reports so we can fix problems. We don't use any third-party analytics SDK.
• Notifications (apps only) — with your permission, the app sends you transactional alerts (for example, when a refund is claimed). These are sent from your device for service updates only — never marketing.

2. What we don't collect

• Your Temu password or login credentials
• Your name, postal address, or phone number
• Payment or card details of any kind
• Your browsing activity outside of Temu

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it to track you across other apps or websites.

3. Your rights

You're in control of your data. In the app, Account → Delete account & data erases your account and everything we hold for you on our servers. Signing out or uninstalling removes the app's data stored on your device. You can also email us any time to access, export, or delete your data, and we'll action it within 30 days.
