No. Temu's price adjustment policy is their own published policy — you're entitled to claim it, and RefundRadar simply automates what you're already allowed to do. It's the same as clicking "Request price adjustment" on the Temu website yourself. Thousands of shoppers claim price adjustments every day.
RefundRadar only reads your Temu order history to check for price drops — nothing else. It can't see your inbox, your sign-in details, or how you pay, and it keeps no record of what you browse. RefundRadar scans your recent orders regularly throughout the day. When a price drop is found, it automatically submits the price adjustment request for you. The refund is processed as Temu Credit, exactly as if you'd done it yourself — just without you having to remember to check.
No — RefundRadar uses your phone's background processing to scan automatically, even when the app isn't open. It checks your orders regularly throughout the day. You'll get a push notification when a credit is claimed.
RefundRadar works in every market where Temu operates — including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, and more. If Temu is available in your country, RefundRadar works there too. The one exception is the EU, where the app isn't available yet — EU support is coming soon.
RefundRadar only submits claims for orders that are eligible under Temu's price adjustment policy. If a claim is rejected for any reason (e.g., already claimed, outside the 30-day window), RefundRadar notes it and moves on — no harm done. You can always claim manually through the Temu website as a fallback.
On iPhone, touch and hold the RefundRadar icon, tap "Remove App", then "Delete App". On Android, long-press the icon and tap "Uninstall". Either way, this removes the app and all locally stored data. No accounts to close, no subscriptions to cancel — it's gone instantly.
