Terms of Service
Last updated April 2026
RefundRadar is currently free to install and use, with no claim limits and no payment of any kind. If we introduce a paid plan in future, you'll get clear pricing and plenty of notice before anything changes.
1. What RefundRadar does
RefundRadar is a mobile app that automatically checks your Temu orders for eligible price adjustments and submits claims on your behalf. When successful, the price difference is credited to your Temu balance as Temu credit.
2. Third-party dependency
RefundRadar relies on Temu's price adjustment policy, which is owned and operated by Temu (PDD Holdings Inc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Temu.
Temu may change, limit, or discontinue their price adjustment policy at any time without notice. If Temu changes their policy or systems in a way that prevents RefundRadar from functioning, the extension may cease to work partially or entirely. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Payment and refunds
RefundRadar is currently free to use. There is no purchase, subscription, or fee, and therefore nothing to refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Temu refunds: Money recovered through a price adjustment is paid by Temu directly to your original Temu payment method. RefundRadar never collects or holds those funds and is not a party to that refund — we cannot issue, reverse, or guarantee it.
- If we introduce paid features: If RefundRadar adds a paid plan in future, we will update these Terms and our Refund Policy with clear pricing and refund terms before any charge is made. Any purchase will be shown to you up front and will never be automatic.
4. What we don't guarantee
- That Temu's price adjustment policy will remain available or unchanged
- That every order will have a price drop (most don't — adjustments depend on market conditions)
- Specific savings amounts — the savings calculator on our website uses estimates based on average user data
- Uninterrupted operation — the extension depends on your browser being open, your Temu session being active, and Temu's systems being available
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep Chrome open periodically so the extension can scan (it runs in the background)
- Stay logged in to Temu in your browser
- Do not use the extension for fraudulent purposes or to manipulate Temu's systems
- Comply with Temu's own terms of service
6. Data and privacy
Your use of RefundRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
7. Intellectual property
RefundRadar, including its code, design, and brand, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension. The extension is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Limitation of liability
RefundRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to lost savings, Temu account issues, or changes to Temu's policies.
RefundRadar is currently free to use, so our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the extension — which, while the service is free, is nil.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of RefundRadar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
